Sister taxa: Lebanoculicoides bloudani, Lebanoculicoides daheri, Lebanoculicoides mesozoicus
Type specimen: ES-07-9, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is El Soplao amber, which is in an Albian terrestrial amber in the Las Penosas Formation of Spain.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at El Soplao amber
