Type specimen: GIUS-4- l26/ 1, a set of stem ossicles. Its type locality is Jurkowice-Budy, which is in a Givetian reef, buildup or bioherm floatstone/rudstone in the Kowala Formation of Poland.
Ecology: stationary upper-level epifaunal suspension feeder
Distribution: found only at Jurkowice-Budy
