Type specimen: PIN 4300/1, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Erdeni-Ula (PIN collection 4300), which is in a Hauterivian/Barremian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Huhtyk Formation of Mongolia.

Distribution: found only at Erdeni-Ula (PIN collection 4300)
