Belongs to Oligochlora according to M. S. Engel and M. G. Rightmyer 2000
Sister taxa: Oligochlora eickworti, Oligochlora grimaldii, Oligochlora micheneri, Oligochlora rozeni, Oligochlora semirugosa
Type specimen: AMNH DR-14-1484, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Dominican amber (AMNH coll), which is in a Burdigalian/Langhian terrestrial amber in the Dominican Republic.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Dominican amber (AMNH coll)
