Type specimen: MAB k.1015. Its type locality is ENCI NV quarry (upper third of Meerssen Mb), which is in a Maastrichtian carbonate limestone in the Maastricht Formation of the Netherlands.

Distribution: found only at ENCI NV quarry (upper third of Meerssen Mb)
