Type specimen: IVVP V16899.11, a tooth (left [upper] M2). Its type locality is XJ 200114, which is in a MN 3 terrestrial horizon in the Suosuoquan Formation of China.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at XJ 200114
