Type specimen: MNHN-LP-R. 55179, a wing (Forewing, hindwing, and thoracic segment). Its type locality is Aix-en-Provence (Coll. Nel), which is in a Chattian lacustrine - large limestone in the Niveau du gypse d'Aix Formation of France.

Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore

Distribution: found only at Aix-en-Provence (Coll. Nel)
