Type specimen: MCF-PVPH-338, a partial shell (A skull and partial carapace and plastron). Its type locality is Sierra del Portezuelo (non-specified), which is in a Turonian/Coniacian terrestrial horizon in the Portezuelo Formation of Argentina.

Ecology: amphibious omnivore

Distribution: found only at Sierra del Portezuelo (non-specified)
