Sister taxa: Cancellina fuwensis, Cancellina nipponica, Cancellina primigena, Maklaya zarodensis
Type specimen: D2-033737, a test. Its type locality is Ak-108, section 3, Akasaka, which is in a Roadian shallow subtidal limestone in the Akasaka Formation of Japan.
Ecology: stationary semi-infaunal omnivore
Distribution:
• Permian of Japan (19 collections)
Total: 19 collections each including a single occurrence
