Type specimen: TsNIGR 4/11749, a set of stem ossicles. Its type locality is Koiva River, Section 59, Bed 41a, which is in an Artinskian marine horizon in the Russian Federation.

Ecology: stationary upper-level epifaunal suspension feeder

Distribution: found only at Koiva River, Section 59, Bed 41a
