Type specimen: UA 2442, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is UA locality RM 8, Milepost 212, Richardson Highway, which is in a Moscovian marine mudstone in Alaska.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal deposit feeder
Distribution: found only at UA locality RM 8, Milepost 212, Richardson Highway
