Type specimen: USNM 85512, a test. Its type locality is TX Foram & Ostra, W of Cisco, which is in a Pennsylvanian marine horizon in the Cisco Formation of Texas.
Distribution:
• Carboniferous of United States (9: Oklahoma, Texas collections)
Total: 9 collections each including a single occurrence
