Type specimen: QM F23157 (formerly SAM P27815), a maxilla (right maxillary fragment containing P3, M2, M3, M4 and M5). Its type locality is Fig Tree Site, which is in an Oligocene fluvial horizon in the ? Etadunna Formation of Australia.

Ecology: scansorial omnivore

Distribution: found only at Fig Tree Site
