Type specimen: GSC 28351. Its type locality is GSC 83862, northwest of Wapiti Lake, which is in a Fassanian marine horizon in the Sulphur Mountain Formation of Canada.

Ecology: nektonic carnivore

Average measurements (in mm): shell diameter 38.4

Distribution:

• Triassic of Canada (3: Alberta, British Columbia collections)

Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
