  • Mahavisaurus dentatus: MNHN MAE3037, a skull. Its type locality is 5 km NE of d'Irato, which is in an Induan/Smithian deltaic siliciclastic in the Middle Sakamena Formation of Madagascar.
  • Lyrosaurus australis: MNHN MAE 3038, a partial skull. Its type locality is Ambatobe, which is in an Induan/Smithian deltaic siliciclastic in the Middle Sakamena Formation of Madagascar.

Ecology: amphibious carnivore

Distribution:

• Triassic of Madagascar (5 collections)
