Type specimen: GSC 14118. Its type locality is GSC 35611, Lyall Point, Cameron Island, which is in a Tuvalian marine siliciclastic in the Schei Point Formation of Canada.

Distribution: found only at GSC 35611, Lyall Point, Cameron Island
