Sister taxon: Louisina marci

Type specimen: MNHN.F.BR143, a mandible (Left dentary with crowns of M1–3 and alveoli of P2–4). Its type locality is Mont Berru, which is in a Thanetian fluvial conglomerate in the Sables de Bracheux Formation of France.

Ecology: ground dwelling insectivore

Distribution:

• Paleocene of France (3 collections)

Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
