Type specimen: Its type locality is Ali-Abad reefs, Tabas area, which is in a Sevatian reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks in the Nayband Formation of Iran
Ecology: epifaunal grazer
Distribution:
• Triassic of Iran (2 collections)
Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
