Sister taxon: Nanlingilambda chijiangensis
Type specimen: IVPP V 13505, a mandible (Right lower jaw). Its type locality is Nearby Datang Town (lower section), which is in a Paleocene terrestrial horizon in the Nongshan Formation of China.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at Nearby Datang Town (lower section)
