Type specimens:
- Nortedelphys jasoni: Its type locality is Gryde locality, which is in a Lancian floodplain siltstone in the Frenchman Formation of Canada
- Nortedelphys intermedius: UCMP 134776, a tooth (LM3). Its type locality is Tedrow Quarry D (Reworked), which is in a Lancian terrestrial horizon in the Hell Creek Formation of Montana.
Ecology: ground dwelling omnivore
Distribution:
• Cretaceous of Canada (4: Alberta, Saskatchewan collections), United States (8: Colorado, Montana, South Dakota, Wyoming)
