Type specimen: National Museum in Prague 35148, an exoskeleton (Right & left anterior wing crossed with the posterior wings. Head, three pairs of legs.). Its type locality is Nýřany (Insect Collection), which is in a Moscovian lacustrine siliciclastic in the Kladno Formation of the Czech Republic.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Nýřany (Insect Collection)
