Sister taxa: Geffenina bungsamphanensis, Geffenina posterodorsospina, Geffenina wangi
Type specimen: SUT-09-1454, a carapace. Its type locality is 07LB04-17, Phu Lam Yai, Nakhon Sawan-Lopburi, which is in a Kungurian carbonate lime mudstone in the Tak Fa Formation of Thailand.
Ecology: epifaunal detritivore-suspension feeder
