Type specimen: MUSM IQ26IA1-10, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Amazonian amber, Tamshiyacu locality, which is in a Serravallian terrestrial amber in the Pebas Formation of Peru.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Amazonian amber, Tamshiyacu locality
