Belongs to Montezumaspis according to J. S. Hollingsworth 2006
Sister taxon: Montezumaspis cometes
Type specimen: USNM 476027, a cephalon/head. Its type locality is UNSM "Green" Locality 1f, which is in a Montezuman marine siltstone in the Campito Formation of Nevada.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal deposit feeder
Distribution:
• Cambrian of United States (20: Nevada collections)
Total: 20 collections each including a single occurrence
