Type specimen: NMNS 005645, a skeleton (Near complete skeleton). Its type locality is Neian, Shiyu, Penghu Island, which is in a Miocene terrestrial horizon in the Yuwentao Formation of Taiwan.

Ecology: carnivore

Distribution: found only at Neian, Shiyu, Penghu Island
