Type specimen: AMNH 10234(10240), an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Florissant (AMNH Collection), which is in a Chadronian lacustrine - large shale in the Florissant Formation of Colorado.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Florissant (AMNH Collection)
