Type specimen: MNA G2-351. Its type locality is Bottomless Pits, Walnut Canyon, which is in a Roadian shallow subtidal limestone in the Kaibab Formation of Arizona.
Ecology: facultatively mobile epifaunal grazer
Distribution: found only at Bottomless Pits, Walnut Canyon
