Type specimen: UF 242076, a partial shell (left peripheral 2). Its type locality is Centenario Bridge, which is in a Hemingfordian delta plain sandstone in the Cucaracha Formation of Panama.
Ecology: aquatic durophage-piscivore
Distribution: found only at Centenario Bridge
