Type specimen: SMNK 2358 PAL, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Crato (SMNK collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large carbonate in the Crato Formation of Brazil.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Crato (SMNK collection)
