Type specimen: BMNH I. 7885, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Coseley, near Dudley (Madeley coll), which is in a Westphalian B interdistributary bay shale in the United Kingdom.

Distribution: found only at Coseley, near Dudley (Madeley coll)
