Type specimen: LACM fossil insect BQ20, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Bonner quarry, Onyx Marble, which is in a Pliocene cave travertine in the Onyx Marble Formation of Arizona.

Distribution: found only at Bonner quarry, Onyx Marble
