Type specimen: PIN 5103/206, a forewing. Its type locality is Balymotikha, Vyazniki (PIN collection 5103), which is in a Changhsingian pond claystone in the Vyazniki Formation of the Russian Federation.

Distribution: found only at Balymotikha, Vyazniki (PIN collection 5103)
