Sister taxon: Piscindusia sukachevae
Type specimen: MIWG 7072, an other (caddis case). Its type locality is Atherfield, Isle of Wight, which is in an Aptian transition zone/lower shoreface sandstone in the Vectis Formation of the United Kingdom.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Atherfield, Isle of Wight
