  • Saurichthys deperditus: Its type locality is Giffoni Valle Piana, Salerno, which is in an Alaunian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in the Dolomia Principale Formation of Italy
  • Saurichthys krambergeri: BSPM 1910/1/8, a skeleton. Its type locality is Adnet - near Salzburg, which is in a Rhaetian marine horizon in Austria.
