Type specimen: PIN 923/26, a forewing. Its type locality is Kempendyay River (PIN collection 923), which is in a Berriasian/Barremian pond siltstone/sandstone in the Khaya Formation of the Russian Federation.

Ecology: volant detritivore-omnivore

Distribution: found only at Kempendyay River (PIN collection 923)
