Type specimen: MfN LDA 32, a wing. Its type locality is Dobbertin, Mecklenburg (Ansorge coll), which is in a Toarcian offshore claystone in Germany.

Distribution: found only at Dobbertin, Mecklenburg (Ansorge coll)
