Type specimen: Musée Houiller de Louvain 7999, a forewing. Its type locality is Levant colliery, Flénu, roof of Petite Cornaillette vein, which is in a Westphalian C terrestrial siliciclastic in the Flénu Formation of Belgium.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Levant colliery, Flénu, roof of Petite Cornaillette vein
