Sister taxon: Berkeia typica
Type specimen: CW- 23, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is 42-7.8, which is in a Furongian marine limestone in the Wilberns Formation of Texas.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore
Distribution:
• Cambrian of United States (4: Texas collections)
Total: 4 collections each including a single occurrence
