Type specimen: PMO 105221, a shell (internal mould of brachial valve). Its type locality is Skytterveien, 60-70 meters above base of Leangen member, which is in an Aeronian marine mudstone/sandstone in the Solvik Formation of Norway.

Distribution:
• Silurian of Canada (5: Quebec collections), Estonia (6), Norway (5)
