Type specimen: USNM Kohls 51386, a set of appendages (isolated fore leg). Its type locality is Anvil Points, Denson site, locality 41617, which is in an Uintan lacustrine - large lime mudstone in the Green River Formation of Colorado.
Ecology: fast-moving ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution:
• Eocene of United States (2: Colorado collections)
Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
