Type specimen: NSM-PA12005, a hindwing. Its type locality is Kaseki-Kabe, Kuwajima, Shiramine-mura, which is in a Barremian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in the Kuwajima Formation of Japan.

Distribution: found only at Kaseki-Kabe, Kuwajima, Shiramine-mura
