Belongs to Tachyporus according to G. Pasnik 2005
Sister taxa: Tachyporus annosus, Tachyporus borealis, Tachyporus elegans, Tachyporus nimbicola, Tachyporus puer, Tachyporus rulomus, Tachyporus sepultus
Type specimen: MIBUG 4184, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Baltic Amber (University of Gdansk MAI collection), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Poland.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Baltic Amber (University of Gdansk MAI collection)
