Type specimen: LDN HMF2001,, a skeleton (A nearly complete skeleton from an adult individual). Its type locality is Daxishan, which is in an Oxfordian terrestrial shale in the Tiaojishan Formation of China.
Ecology: scansorial insectivore
Distribution: found only at Daxishan
