Type specimen: OU-943. Its type locality is C1-O; near old Hunton townsite, which is in a Lochkovian deep subtidal ramp marl in the Haragan Formation of Oklahoma.

• Devonian of United States (4: Oklahoma collections)

• Silurian to Devonian of United States (1: Oklahoma)
