Type specimen: YI CO13, a shell. Its type locality is Ceshui Formation, Locality 2, Songshanxia Res., which is in a Jiusian marginal marine mudstone/coal in the Ceshui Formation of China.
Ecology: facultatively mobile infaunal suspension feeder
Distribution:
• Carboniferous of China (2 collections)
Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
