Type specimen: PIN 1896/9, a shell. Its type locality is Cape Ptichiy Bazar, Wrangel Island, which is in a Pennsylvanian/Cisuralian marine horizon in the Russian Federation.

Distribution:
• Carboniferous to Permian of the Russian Federation (2 collections)
