Type specimen: PIN 2195/161, a shell. Its type locality is Aravan River, SW of Yangi-Kurgan, NE of Koksarau Mt., Sample 3, Fergana, which is in a Yeadonian offshore shelf limestone in Uzbekistan.

Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
