Type specimen: PIN 2195/2855, a shell. Its type locality is Aravan River, SW of Yangi-Kurgan, 470 m east of Koksarau Mt., Sample 9, Fergana, which is in a Yeadonian offshore shelf limestone in Uzbekistan.
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
