Type specimen: F1417/SAN/AR/DIP/CJW, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Crato (Wunderlich collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large lime mudstone in the Crato Formation of Brazil.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Crato (Wunderlich collection)
