Sister taxa: Aspenites acutus, Aspenites chaoxianensis, Aspenites kamurensis
Type specimen: DVGI 111/840, a shell. Its type locality is Tri Kamnya Cape, Ussuri Bay (coll 840, C. cf. cyaskoi beds), which is in a Smithian marine sandstone in the Russian Federation.
Ecology: nektonic carnivore
Average measurements (in mm): shell diameter 20.5
Distribution: found only at Tri Kamnya Cape, Ussuri Bay (coll 840, C. cf. cyaskoi beds)
